Time spent actually working

What percentage of time does everyone spend ACTUALLY cranking at work, and what percentage are you jumping between work and something like WSO, and what percentage of time are you totally just screwing around?

During my banking years, I spent a good 90% of my time working (excluding time when I was eating). We didn't have a face time policy, so we were incentivized to work and just get the heck out. Obviously it was important to relax every now and then and read the WSJ or WSO, but sleep was far more important. When extremely busy, I'd have someone else pick lunch up for me and I'd eat dinner at my desk.
