A few summers ago, I was working late with an associate on a Friday night and we had bought a 12 pack as most of our work buddies were going out that night and we were planning on meeting them out. We ended up finishing up a lot faster than expected and had only finished like 4-5 beers in total, so we decided to try and chug the rest and head out. Turns out neither of us could handle our shit after a year of IB and we both puked into our garbage cans after chugging one beer. Problem was that it smelled and cleaning didn't come by on Fridays, so we did the only reasonable thing and dumped a bunch of paper on top and swapped trash cans with the two interns (obviously not present) with cubes next to us.

They both got offers so I guess it worked out for everyone.

Reminds me of this internships I had where one associate would always bring in a tuna sandwich for lunch. Every day, he'd eat the sandwich and then throw the wrapper in a corner office MD's trash can. Every day, the MD would call his admin in to his office to get him a new trash can liner and complain loudly about the smell. The MD never figured out who it was, but eventually banned trash cans in the entire office because he got so sick of it. So, the associate started laying the sandwich wrapper in the plant that the MD had in his office. The MD eventually started locking his door whenever he left his office, even if it was to run to the restroom.
