UCI business economics vs. UCSB econ/accounting

Hello everyone. I'm a sophmore at a California CC getting ready to transfer. I'm very interested in entering investment banking upon graduating. I will be applying to UCB, UCLA, USC, and Pomona College as far as in state schools. I can also TAG (transfer admission guarantee) with UCI or UCSB. SInce I can only sign TAG with 1 of those schools, which one will give me a better shot at IB, as well as summer internships?

From an East Coast perspective, I'd consider them the same, but SB is a much better place to live than Irvine so pick UCSB.

Would CAL Berk not be a better alternative? Also in the same situation as OP.

Berkeley is of course a better alternative, but his question was which school should he TAG.
