What up and coming boutiques now do you see becoming an EB. I know that Liontree Advisors LLC is one and has had its name thrown around since the deal with Time Warner Cable and Charter Communications. Are you guys aware of any others that you see growing?

What's your definition of an EB?
EB is and always will be a stupid moniker. The strong independent advisory houses are LAZ, CVP, EVR, PJT, MoCo, etc. The new wave of strong upstarts like Liontree, Incentrum, and Raine are all merchant banks. Different firms, different experiences. Ranking within bank types is already a waste of time, trying to cross-rank is beyond idiotic.
