Upcoming Tishman Speyer Interview

Hey everyone,

Wondering if anyone has any interview experience with Tishman Speyer?

Have an upcoming excel modelling test/interview and would be great to hear some thoughts.

(1st year analyst - out of school)

Level of difficulty will depend on what level you are interviewing for, but expect a fairly straight forward acquisitions model test. Interviews are entirely dependent on who you wind up actually talking with, but have responses to the standard questions super polished (e.g. if you had $100m where would you invest it & why, why real estate, why TS etc.) Know where they have made investments recently and what their non bricks-and-sticks work has been. Good luck!

Just know that their analyst program isn’t really rotational, you could end up in debt or leasing fwiw, also heard pretty high turnover and bad culture
