Upcoming Tishman Speyer Interview
Hey everyone,
Wondering if anyone has any interview experience with Tishman Speyer?
Have an upcoming excel modelling test/interview and would be great to hear some thoughts.
Best
(1st year analyst - out of school)
This for a full time role?
Yes
Out of school or with experience?
Out of school - 1st year analyst role
I thought tishman only did experienced analysts ?
Level of difficulty will depend on what level you are interviewing for, but expect a fairly straight forward acquisitions model test. Interviews are entirely dependent on who you wind up actually talking with, but have responses to the standard questions super polished (e.g. if you had $100m where would you invest it & why, why real estate, why TS etc.) Know where they have made investments recently and what their non bricks-and-sticks work has been. Good luck!
Thank you!
Looking at an Experienced Analyst role, curious how difficult the modeling test could be? For acquisitions assuming build out monthly proforma, certain return metrics, would they want to see a waterfall in a 3-4 hour test? If you could shed some light on this that would be great.
How did the interview go? What questions came up and how was the modeling case?
Just know that their analyst program isn’t really rotational, you could end up in debt or leasing fwiw, also heard pretty high turnover and bad culture
The experienced analyst role? Recently read about it and it seems it's rolling and across all areas. What was your experience with interviewing there/what area did they place you in?
Could you please provide some color regarding the excel test? Thanks!
Any update here, in a similar spot was curious how the interviews after HR went and Excel test?
