US top 20 MBA vs Noname Canadian MBA with CPA or CPA

I am Canadian Engineer working in Pennsylvania in the Engineering and Construction industry with projects in O&G, Power Plants, Chemical Facilites, etc. I am considering attending a top 20 or 50 Online partime MBA (like Tepper, UNC, Kelley, or Penn State) VS. a local Canadian no name school (Wilfried Laurier) which lets you get your CPA or MFin & CFA during the MBA.

At 32 with about 7 years work experience, and a young family, my career aspiration are to transition into corporate finance & Operation, Project Finance, Asset Managment, or Equity Research in the Toronto by leveraging my engineering industry experience in Major Projects.

Would you please suggest a path forward. I am a first time poster here. Thank you.
