Using "I think..." in an interview

What are people's thoughts on using "I think..." for behavioral questions?

For example:
"How has your experience as a shrimp farmer prepared you for our CEO role?
"I think that the skills I developed as a shrimp farmer actually match very well with the CEO role, I had to work as part of a team, managing others, blah blah blah"

Some people say that putting "I think" makes you look weak and doesn't sell yourself as well, but I think (yes, I used it here) it helps show that you don't feel like you know everything there is to know about the industry/position which I know has been a concern voiced by people who do descriptions of life as an interviewer. Wouldn't it show some humility?

Overanalysising. The words are unnecessary, but I've heard them many times as an interviewer and have never cared.

Those who can, do. Those who can't, post threads about how to do it on WSO.
