UT BHP (business honors) vs Wash U Business

Based on ranking, placement, I feel that Wash U is better than UT McCombs in undergrad business program. How would UT BHP compare to Wash U? often hear that UT BHP people get placed mostly in TX and there are very few who get in to top companies in NYC or Chicago or West Coast. Which is better in placing their students especially in IB careers and top consultancies? Also, would somebody know how the culture of the two programs are: UT BHP claim to take mostly Top 2% of students. It makes me want to know if most of the kids in UT BHP are basically the nerdy academic kids who do not have much outside what they do in the class? Are the incoming students well rounded or they are just toppers with not much social skills? what about Wash U culture? Thank you in advance.

BHP is the opposite of "nerdy academic kids who do not have much outside what they do in the class". BHP kids are involved in so many activities and the people I know are all high-achievers. Almost all of the incoming students are definitely well-rounded and in fact, I know BHP admissions prefer that over someone with no social skills + a high GPA.

In terms of placing, I know roughly around ~20 people in BHP who have secured SA positions this summer at GS/JPM/MS, Evercore/Lazard, and Bain/McKinsey just to name a few. There could definitely be way more, but I don't know everyone in BHP lol

What do you think of the Honors CSB? According to the website ( https://www.mccombs.utexas.edu/BHP ) it is supposed to be like the BHP (it was designed by the Business Honors Program in the first place–it seems), just that with a Computer Science component added. Have you heard anything about it? I am just wondering if it will be better than the normal BHP for landing jobs later... @texan44 @anonhb123"
