UT Business Honors vs Rice business undergrad , or maybe UCLA, UVA

Hello All!

I'm a high school senior trying to pick a college. I am OOS to all the schools mentioned. I want to possibly go into consulting, create my own startup, or Product Management (somewhere in big tech), or maybe IB. I wanna explore that and then hone in on what I have the biggest impact in. I will be in the business major for all the schools except (not sure what concentration yet)

Rice Business-- got merit scholarship + great aid, which is very affordable, especially being a private school. However, I'm skeptical on its business reputation, and not sure how the prestige would tie in recruiting, and career wise as well.

UT Business Honors Program-- Same price as Rice business so cost isn't a difference between the two. I've heard it has strong recruiting, but I'm not sure if its very prestigious. I don't care too much about prestige, but I'm speaking for the sake of career opportunity and growing into a very high role in the business world later on.

UCLA, UVA, UNC Chapel Hill-- Nice schools, but I have to pay full tuition (much more costly than rest. I was chosen to be a echols scholar at UVA which is special attention, but near 70 k OOS tuition is too much.

Basically, its come down to Rice and UT Business Honors, and I want to pick the best choice for me in terms of career opportunity (making the most money), doing something innovative, and having the best overall experience that I can get. I'd love to hear what is best from anyone who can help as I have to make my decision soon.
