Frontline (the pbs show) has some great documentaries and they did some on the financial crisis of '08. One goes through the BofA and ML deal another goes through the Bear Stearns collapse and a third covers the Fed, the CFTC, and regulation. Perhaps not exactly what you're looking for, but still worth watching. You can stream them all off their website.
Yeah the PBS ones are great. Also recommend Inside Job, Too Big to Fail, The Quants on Wall Street, Wall Street Warriors (If you're bored), there's a few more I can't think of right now.
