Walmart AFDP

I have accepted an offer for Walmarts Accounting and Finance Development Program and was wondering if people here had some more information on it. I've read through a handful of the older posts but was wondering if there is more information as the program has been around longer and I assume some users have been in the program or know someone who was.

Any idea of the amount of return offers to interns? Quality of the program? Quality of the full time work and upwards mobility? (Assuming a return offer is given and accepted)
