Wellington equity L/S

Does anyone have any view on the culture / investment style / progression opportunities from analyst -> running capital at Wellington's equity L/S funds? Is it a quarter-trading type place like the multi-manager platforms? There's an interesting role being advertised at one of their L/S groups ('Spindrift') in London, and while I know Wellington's LO business reasonably well, I've never come across their equity L/S teams. Very little information on the fund available on the internet that I can find.

Would appreciate any colour anyone can share.

Hi Research Analyst in AM - Equities, no, I never sleep and so I can respond to any lonely threads (like this one) at all hours of the night. Impressive, I know ;-)
