Those types of companies arent that formal with recruiting, they are usually small ops, unless you are talking the handful if mega fund places. I would cold email resumes w solid cover letter to the main ones you like and do rigorous follow up along with networking, use linkedin also.
I am talking about shops like TPG growth (done), Vector (final round), etc. Anyone know if any good MM PEs in SF or LA still recruiting?
