WFC Healthcare ER Team

hey guys. i wanted to ask if anybody here knew anything about WFC's healthcare ER team since I saw they have a VP opening covering healthcare tech and managed care. i've seen a lot of the advice on this forum is focusing on the analyst and finding someone who has a strong reputation and is a good mentor so i was hoping to get some insight on this team.

also would like to see if anybody has general advise on breaking into a role like this.  i have 5+ years of experience in corporate development working at a major health insurer and have my cfa and cpa. i have always had a passion for following the markets and manage my own portfolio.  i was thinking of getting a mba to break in but i figure it might make sense to just go directly for the job i always wanted instead of spending two years in school and $350k+ in tuition and opp cost.

but would be interested in hearing others thoughts on this and see if anybody has insight or advice.
