What is my probability being selected?
I am interviewing with an Middle-Market Investment Bank. After the interview they announced the result. Then they asked me to send DCF valuation of any firm and an Industry profile. I sent these before deadline. After that, I received a mail saying ” We will revert back to you soon’. It has been 5 days since I didn’t hear anything. When I called yesterday, he said “Can I call you back” but he didn’t. Please help me figure out, whether I am in or out.
Who knows. It's only been 5 days. I would be more worried if it was 2 weeks. Call back by the end of the week if they don't get back to you.
How did they "announced the result" but not tell you if you got an offer or not?
They said, We want to make sure that you are good at excel.
