What is one simple change that instantly improved your life?

I'll kick things off: Making an active effort to wake up at the same time everyday, and with an alarm that doesn't have a snooze button. I find that even when I'm getting 4h of sleep, I still wake up at the same time everyday, sometimes even beating the alarm, and I don't get that groggy feeling for 30 min after I wake up.
