What is top growth equity BD associate comp?
Recently got tapped by a recruiter and wondering if I should look into the role. This is for a $5b+ AUM firm that consistently ranks top quartile/decile returns. I do a lot of BD work as is but do like the execution involvement I get to have in my current seat vs this role would be a pure BD/sourcing focus. How big of a pay cut (understanding there's a W/L balance trade-off) compared to the execution team?
