What metrics are MD and VP level bankers evaluated on by COO team?
From a COO's perspective, are these the metrics on which performance is evaluated ?
- Bringing in business and ability to convert leads into deals?
- Nurturing talent pipeline and in long term helping firm to retain young talent?
- [Only applicable for ECM/DCM bankers] Time in which IPOs/secondary offerings are fulfilled? As in...say a BB performed underwriting of $100 million for some offering, then analyzing whether this underwriting was successful will depend on whether the ECM/DCM bankers could convince the syndicate/investors to sign up for this offering and invest money?
