What’s a competitive offer in ER today?
Any thoughts on base/bonus for junior associates (1-2 years of experience)? Does sector and working for an II ranked analyst matter?

Career Resources
Bases have been raised to $100k at most banks for ER
How about bonus structure?
Sector matters ALOT. Top Biotech/Tech teams will pay more than a cyclical industrial/energy or out of favor sector. Working for II rated analyst matters a bit for you and exit opps but doesn't change pay at junior levels much
What’s entry level base/bonus for biotech (without a terminal degree, I.e PhD or MD)?
Hard to say as its rare to enter biotech without some sort of science heavy background (thats the whole point of biotech research)
Friend in AM told me some sort of healthcare ER associate at Morgan Stanley gets 275k. I find it hard to believe
What sector?
1-2 years out of college, but senior associate without coverage? Definitely believable.
