I'm trying to research some European companies but I can't find the equivalent of the SEC filings for them, meaning documents that include the financial statements, company overview, etc. Does anyone know how I can find this information? Is there less transparency due to different regulations or am I just looking in the wrong places? I'm somewhat new to this, so I appreciate the help.
