Where's the most money at in brokerage?
I understand brokerage is a very large umbrella and under it falls leasing, tenant rep., landlord rep., investment sales, etc. Where's the most money at and what are the pros and cons?

How much are the top brokers making and why tenant over landlord rep?
I know a tenant rep guy in a secondary market that has already pulled in 7 figures as of early June. Granted the market is growing rapidly, but that's still very high. One of the top tenant rep guys in the market. I am assuming if you are in a large city and you are a top broker, this would be much higher.
