Whether to leverage this leadership experience on hbs 2+2 application?

Hi,

I'm a long time lurker of this forum. After reading some recent discussions on hbs 2+2 as well as searching through previous threads, I would like know your opinion on whether I should leverage the following type of leadership experiences in my 2+2 application.

Due to personal/family background, I have been a very active participant of the Free Tibet movement in my spare time. Worked as a voluntary coordinator during the protest against '08 Chinese game torch relay and protests against most other Chinese official visits to UK/France.
I guess the most obvious example would be I took part in the organisation of the torch relay protest in London and Paris, and actually led group of protesters on the ground in both occasions.
Reference-wise is very easy, since we need to apply for the protests and negotiate routes with police, the list of organizers' name in various protests are very well documented.

However, since I have no idea how does hbs view China politically, I am not sure if leveraging this kind of leadership experience would actually help my 2+2 application.

I would like to hear your thoughts on this.

Thanks

HBS has a good relationship with China (Taiwan flag can't hang in the classrooms), but that doesn't have an impact on the admissions process. That sounds like an amazing leadership experience and you should definitely include it in your narrative.
