I have been searching for knowhow about which are the best/any quantitative or technical hedge funds, using micro reflexivity based algorithms / artificial intelligence?

Renaissance is far and away the finest quantitative fund to have ever existed. However, its really not worth even thinking about dropping a resume unless you've got some seriously impressive research history, as well as a phd in math, physics, or something similar. D.E. Shaw is also a great quant fund...a lot more "attainable" then Rentech. Citadel is right up there with D.E. Shaw as well. Those firms should be your starting point when trying to research.
What the heck is "micro reflexivity"? I've heard of just plain "reflexivity" and all that sh1te, but I'm really struggling w/ the "micro" bit. Maybe I am just behind the times...
