If my understanding of Goldie’s life is correct, he doesn’t even have a salary. And that’s the goal, to not rely on someone else to tell you how you can live your life. “Passive” income is the name of the game. No income is truly passive, but managing rental properties is way different than showing up to work and being staffed with something last minute on a Friday evening.
