William Blair one time bonus
WB giving 20k to associates, analysts and VPs who joined before Jan 31st, giving 13k to those who joined in Feb and 6.5k for those who joined in March.
Seems like many of the banks are getting on the lifestyle bonuses train.
Those GS 13 analysts are truly rockstars.
Here's hoping GS rewards them (and others) in line with the other banks.
The banks that are doing these lifestyle bonuses are spending more than need to. They are going to have to follow the base pay increases either way. Should just do it the first time. If BoA/CS are paying An/As 10k-25k more base salary...that is material and will probably impact recruiting.
Do you think the year-end bonuses will remain flat or will they also increase proportionally with the base increase?
I think total comp increases slightly. Tons of liquidity in the system, wage inflation is next. Makes sense it would hit financial services first.
CS raised analyst salaries by $5k and ASO by 15ish
Imagine if a competing bank gave the GS13 bonuses to troll GS
this is the way
Do you know when the 20k bonus will be paid for Credit Suisse ? April, May or June 2021?
end of Jun
Thanks! And do you know what happen for analyst 3 promotion? Is it effective from 1st may or still 1st july?
