Hey everybody - so I wanted to ask the community if they are aware of any professional graphic design people / photoshop gurus that could help us with WSO's logo.
I've gotten some pretty mixed feedback on the current logo and I'd like to develop one that is final once and for all so that we can leave it alone for good.
So I'll throw this out there. If someone can develop a logo for WSO that is "better" than the current one that we decide to use you will receive $300.

I'm thinking a desert oasis strewn with cash, arrowed road sign saying 'Wall Street', and suited dude in a hammock with a pen behind his ear, calculator/crackberry in one hand, and bottle of champers in the other getting a massage from a pretty lookin secretary... A tad sexist, but so's the biz.

I haven't looked at any of the websites, but they are pretty much the same idea: you list a requirement, and they bid the price they will do it for. I would be surprised if you couldn't get a good logo for $100 since it is such a small task.

So I'm using this service called CrowdSpring.com where basically you put up a bounty and then graphic designers compete to try and win with the best logo.
These are all still preliminary and a bunch more should be coming in over the coming days but it would be good to get the opinions from the community of any that you like / dislike.

I really like the "evolution" logo. Pending the size concerns,etc., I think it's the best looking design. Perhaps request that they play around with some other fonts as well.
