Was looking through my school's career portal and found a listing for XMS, a boutique investment bank in Chicago. Has anyone heard about the bank in terms of culture, hours, exit opportunities, pay, etc?

“We scheduled a behavioural interview, and he asked questions specific to the role I was applying for, which made it feel like the real thing. His feedback was super useful, not only on my answers but also on how I structure them. He pointed out some verbal tics I’d never even thought about, which I’ll now be working on. He also commented on one of my technical answers, which really helped, and ran through the types of people who sit on these desks and how to appeal to them. Would highly recommend.”
