You Finally Did it Citi

Congratulations, Citi. One year into the pandemic, you've finally started giving your juniors what every other bank (ex. GS) is giving, a WFH dinner stipend. I don't know why I was so naive as to expect you to do it properly though.

No pickup, seriously? So I can't get food from a place that's down the block from my apartment. Every analyst has to have food delivered to them, and spend a third of the amount on service fee + delivery fee + tip?

So you're finally giving the stipend, but want to make sure that analysts are glued to their seats if they want to get it?

You fought tooth and nail not to give the stipend and saved $9k per person over the past year by not giving it. Why do you have to be a huge pain now that you are?

I don't know, I heard along with several people I know in other groups that if the receipt says "pickup" or "dine in" anywhere it won't be reimbursed. Of course, it would be nice if they would just send out an official e-mail to everyone with detailed instructions. But no, they want to create as much confusion as possible, so they don't explain things and word gets around through business managers.
