Ground Lease Returns
Does anyone have a sense for typical returns on a ground lease?
I realize due to the long-term nature of ground leases, the basis could be skewed if you have already held the land for a long period of time before entering the ground lease.
Really interested in this risk adverse play though and wondering what the returns would be like on different property types, location, etc.
