Exchange semester abroad

Hey Monkeys,

I am thinking about going for an exchange semester abroad and came across these four schools: Fudan University, City University of Hong Kong, ESSEC Business School & EDHEC Business School.

I am from a non target in Europe studying Accounting and Finance.

What would you pick from these?

Cheers!

Depends if you want the best academic experience or the best lifestyle experience. And what your goals are post university.

ESSEC and EDHEC are the best universities of the four, CUHK is a strong university and HK would be a great experience (assuming the protests stop before you go there), Fudan is a top university as well although I'm not sure how recognizable the name would be compared to the other three, but again, top experience to live in China.

If you're very academic and don't have that much interest in traveling or socialising, I'd go with one of the French ones (and decide which one based on your budget for living expenses / accommodation as one is in Paris which will clearly be more expensive than Lille, and Lille is quite the student city). If you want an experience you'll never forget, go to Fudan or CUHK. Still very good academically but you'll have many more stories to tell when you get back (which could even be useful in interviews), make a large variety of friends and discover a new culture.

I don't know your personality, goals or background, but if it was me I'd go to CUHK as I think it's the right balance between experience and academics.

Prolly ESSEC (quite reputable in finance). Can’t judge on the Asian schools you mentioned
