$30,000 base for an IB analyst?
I came across this now-deleted job posting the other day from ThinkEquity, a boutique bank in NYC for an equity capital markets job posting. They are advertising a BASE salary of $30,000. Base! I interviewed at this bank for an S&T job a year ago and they advertised the same base, but the rest of the salary for that role was commission.
