Actually Cool Company Perks

I've been out of the big corporate world for a bit and am interested in what genuinely cool perks some of you guys are offered these days - more along the lines of MBA fully paid for or free childcare vs. chips in the break room or a free beer at 4pm or something corny.

What is something your company offers that you're genuinely grateful for or positively impacts your life beyond pay?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, there are several perks that people in the finance industry have found attractive, interesting, or unique. Here are a few:

  1. Top-notch insurance coverage for free, including no premiums or deductibles.
  2. A wellness subsidy with a very loose definition. This can be used on gym memberships, personal trainers, running shoes, athleisure wear, massages, classes/education, etc. Some people have even used this for cooking classes.
  3. First-class travel and stays at nice hotels. In some cases, partners have a jet that you can occasionally tag along on.
  4. The company pays for business school prep expenses, such as GMAT, consultants, trips to visit schools, etc.
  5. No set work from home policy. The default is 5 days a week in the office, but no one bats an eye if you take a day or two from home per week. It's not tracked or mandated.
  6. Catered lunch on Mondays.
  7. A generous leave policy that doesn't impair your compensation (including bonus) or career progression. Senior people actually take it too.
  8. Childcare credit that is actually significant, discounts on domestic services (e.g. weekly cleaners), or anything else that saves time.
  9. Flex work hours.

These are just a few examples, and the specific perks can vary greatly from company to company.

Hah, I was hoping to see some inspired perks that I wouldn't have thought about. Instead, the silence is deafening.

Appreciate you guys for responding at least.
