How’s your fund’s investment process structured?

Curious how other shops run their end-to-end investment process — from sourcing and screening to DD, IC, and closing.

At my fund (mid-market private debt), it’s pretty memo-driven and linear: deal team sources, runs a shortscreen, then two IC stages before close. Talking to friends in infra and secondaries, it sounds like their setups are totally different, more slide-based, heavier on pre-IC alignment, and sometimes three or more formal gates. Would love to hear all
