RBC S&T exits?

How do RBC desks exits? Is there a specific desk that exits to HFs better than the other (heard rates is typically where most exits come from). Also how do exits stand in terms of other shops and are there any desks that are stand out compared to other firms or even performance in the firm?

You have a rather warped (and narrow) perspective if i may say. Desks don't exit, people do. I don't care what desk you're in if i can't stand sitting next to you, then i'm not going to hire you. Be good at your job and have the right attitude, i'll hire you even if you come from a crap bank/desk.

Like most things in life, hiring/firing/switching is not linear. Stop thinking (and this is addressed to all the analysts/associates out there), if A then B. Focus on the things you control. The rest will take care of itself. Good luck.
