Investment Sales: Going from midwestern small market to big market. what is the smoothest path?
Currently, I am working investment sales in small market in the midwest. I am looking to move to larger market in BOS/CHI/NYC. I am wondering what the person I am interviewing with (JLL, CBRE, Newmark) will except me to know regarding modeling and general CRE financial measures.
It depends on the position you’ve applied to, it will probably be outside the scope of just investment sales day to day activities
