Masters for Hedge Fund ???
I am a budding high school investor and going to a top college in my country but unknown in the US.

Which major should I take to open most doors for HF/AM (cs,math, eco)? How is BSc math, eco, stats or BSc eco with CS?
Even though my college sends atleast 20-30 students to GS,JPM,MS,BLACKROCK etc each year its not the same as in US.They are either BCOM or Bsc Eco,maths . -
Since there are literally no hedge funds here, I would have to get a MFIN/MFE from a top school (MIT/OXBRIDGE/LSE/COLUMBIA/BOOTH/PRINCETON). Is it possible to end up at a billion dollar hedge fund(Citadel/AQR/BA) out of MFIN and how? Do they sponsor visa?
3- Should I work for 1 year before applying or directly after final year.
I will be completing my CFA.

If you're a top student at a top school, they will target you. Visa’s won't be an issue. Remember top means 99th percentile.
Go for MS Finance program from an elite Bschool in the USA
What a load of crappy advice. You dont need a masters, though its certainly a valid path. It's much quicker to target a job in IB straight out of undergrad. After a year or two of that, you will already be a desireable candidate for many HFs.
But since I want to work in US and here there are no hedge funds.
Well you're being a little cagey about where exactly you are. If in Europe, apply for IB positions in London. If in Asia, in HK, etc.
Not a crappy advice for an international student who wants to work in the USA. The only pathway to an entry into HFs and IB is MFin/MBA. What was so crappy about that?
Curious where you are and how come your school is unknown in the U.S.
He seems to be from India, and only a handful of Indians come from reputed Indian colleges, so yes his college wouldn't be known to Americans.
IITs tend to send kids regularly to quant HFs, from what I know. I don't know of the rest.
As mentioned before: be a 99th percentile student, study STEM (math/stats + CS), study economics in spare time, try land a good MSc abroad as you mentioned. And lastly, you need to work on becoming very polished. This means getting non-academic hobbies, get educated on non-technical subjects, play sports, socialize, etc.
Basically, as a foreign asian studying at a non-target you need to be perfect. You need to do everything in your power to prove that you're the outlier to their prior distribution.
Great advice thanks .To work in the hedge fund industry should I try to get AM or IB internships during my undergrad . My college sends atleast 20-30 kids to GS,JPM,Blacksrock,MS each year . Most of them are either BCOM or BSC Eco ,maths.
