Bad habits you will miss when WFH ends

I thought I'd start a thread of all the bad habits you guys do from WFH that you can't carry over to the office.  Mine are as follows (in no order):

  1. Not shaving

  2. Playing COD during down time

  3. Jacking off 1-4x daily

  4. Puff bars/ zyns through out the day

  5. Smelling salts

  6. Watching tv during work

Would love to hear everyone else's.

Music, podcasts, no headphones, no dress clothes, showers in the middle of the day, exercise throughout the day, can eat whenever, don't need to worry about colleagues judging you for leaving early or showing up late. Hopeful for more flexibility going forward

Money can purchase freedom, if you have the guts to buy it

Being able to go on a run/work out throughout the day. There was lots of facetime in my group...

3. Jacking off while having a video call.

7. Not wearing any pants, especially during a video call.

On a serious note I really hope that some remote/hybrid model kicks in.

Most banks have seen the strength of tech infra systems and the ability to work seamlessly. If banks are serious about competing with tech and all that, gotta make concessions properly.

A model where you have to come in 2-3 times per week could work. A longer commute for those few days could be tolerable and so on.

Not to hijack the thread but pretty sure DB, MS etc have said they expect serious changes to CRE and office space.

Not a FT analyst yet but college online has been incredibly fun. Tons of weekend trips and smoking/drinking throughout the day between classes.

1. Chewing Redman

2. Whacking off

3. Leaving to workout whenever I think I'll have 45+ minutes of down time

4. Doing all non-intensive work on my couch w/ the TV on

5. Wearing gym clothes and not shaving

6. Biggest one will be not waking up until I get an email

OP, I don't know what kind of outfit you're working at, but regularly hitting the salts in the office should be encouraged.

1. Grocery shopping during work day (off peak hours in and out in <20 min)

2. Identifying early on a slow day of work, like days before holidays and sparking a mid morning spliff

3. t-shirt, gym shorts, beard uniform 5 days a week
