Most large companies do drug tests before starting your full-time or internship position. It's a toss-up as to whether a smaller firm will or not. If you are worried about this, there's a very simple way to get around the drug test: do not use drugs prior to your drug test. It's that simple. If you don't know if or when you will have a drug test, it's a good idea to go through the entire recruiting period drug-free. If you just found out you have a drug test tomorrow and have been engaging in illicit drug use, this is not the place to be looking for information.
