Some friends and I were talking about how important your story/motivation/passion for consulting sound like while you are networking or doing interview. A lot of times, recruiter really values your motivation or what drives you to pursue a career in consulting or the elevator pitch that you give.

    - Opportunity to work on a variety of projects with multiple clients across diverse industries
    - Work is challenging which helps professional development
    - Able to network with colleagues who are smart and driven
    - Able to build relationships with key contacts at various clients
    - More opportunities to do internal work for firm-building activities
    - Traveling
