Interview
Had a first-round screen over the phone, then a second-round Zoom. The questions were light technical and more behavioral. The superday consisted of 5 30-minute interviews. They grilled me on the resume, and it was very conversational. The technicals were very straightforward and judged relative to peers. I was overall incredibly impressed with how nice the team is.
Interview Questions
Honestly, it is really about how well you are able to connect with the team. Some of the interviews we went right into questions, others we talked for a bit and really were able to spark a great conversation.

Interview
For the phone interview it was a lot of why IB and why Jefferies. We chatted for about 20 minutes and then go into some simple technicals such as walk me through a DCF. We wrapped it up after just a couple quick technicals and then I got an email a little over a week later for a 1-1 zoom interview. This was a lot more technical, starting with the same DCF question and then spending about 10-15 minutes drilling down on every part of it making sure I knew the why behind everything.
Interview Questions
The most difficult question was what would you use as the discount rate in a DCF for a company that had to comparable companies and no publicly issued debt, we couldn't use credit rating + spreads either.

Interview
Had zoom interview with Head of FIG. Explained hiring process, needs, etc. Talked about candidates they look for, how FIG process is different for analysts and interns as they run it on your own. Interview was pushed back a week and heard back eventually that they went with someone else. VP I interviewed with seemed fine if not bored with interviewing.
Interview Questions
Just fig specific. Can't remember exactly what it was but along the lines of CET1 ratios and thinking about bank valuation

Interview Questions
It was all mostly behavioral so all straightforward questions such as tell me about yourself, why the firm, why make the switch from your previous bank, why this industry, deal experience that you've already had
