Interview
Very fair interview process, which consisted of only one online interview (behaviuour and role-specific questions) with two team members asking questions. I had attended a networking session prior to applying, where I did speak with a member of the team.
Interview Questions
Questions quite specific to the role/team - make sure you understand or do research on the different elements mentioned in the job description (can you explain collateral? Initial margin?). They also asked the typical behaviour questions (I believe they also asked greatest weakness)

Interview
Applied for summer internship at London office with the infrastructure team. First round consisted of a phone screening with HR. Standard interview questions (Why OMERS, why infra etc.). Second round was in-person with an Associate and VP. Mostly fit based / motivational but included some technicals around evaluating an infrastructure investment. Overall a smooth process, fairly standard and nice people.
Interview Questions
How do you approach valuing infrastructure assets that have no clear market comparables?

Interview
Applied online in July 2021, heard back about a week and a half later. Interview was a first round (30 mins technical, 30 mins behavioural) and a case study (had to put together a short deck about a potential investment in a REIT) which was presented to several IPs at the firm.
Interview Questions
Technical questions were pretty easy, mostly from the BIWS guides - only thing I'd say is be prepared for lots of follow up questions when they ask you "pitch me a stock" in the first round. I spoke about the company I pitched for a solid 10-15 mins in total. Also they asked a brain teaser - "how much profit do you think the CN tower earned in 2020?" which was a weird one.

The case study was challenging because it was given in the middle of the week - I happened to be quite busy with work at the time, so the only time I could really work on it was at night which cut directly into sleep. Also this was the first time I had analyzed / considered an investment in a REIT. Follow up questions in the case study revolved around my model assumptions, what I thought about the competition in the industry, M&A activity in the space, etc. Just general questions you'd expect if pitching a stock / giving a presentation.

Interview
Interviewed for an Associate role at OMERS Infrastructure through a recruiter. The first round consisted of a call with a Senior Associate on the OMERS team and was mostly fit based. (Tell me about yourself, Walk me through one of the deals on your resume, Why Private Equity?, Why OMERS?, Why Infrastructure?). Second round consisted of a 2-hour 3-statement infrastructure/project finance modeling test (Know how to sculpt debt repayment, and how to sensitize inputs for desired IRR targets). The test was doable, though I was unprepared and was not selected to proceed in the interview process.
Interview Questions

Interview
Applied through online portal after connecting with recruiter. Interview was with Associate and Associate Director, lasted about 45-50 minutes. Only one round of interviews, definitely a focus more on personality than anything else (in terms of behaviourals at least). Received offer day after interview.
Interview Questions
Questions on stock pitch were somewhat in depth though not too challenging if you've done research into the company.
