Capital Group CAP associate program (previously TAP)

Hello - does anyone know about how the CAP (previously TAP) associate program at Capital Group works? It says on the website that it's a global rotational program that takes you across different office locations and prepares you for a career in investment - what are the exit routes for the program - do you qualify as an analyst or whatever - and if so is there a significant salary rise after the 2/3 year period? How competitive is it compared to other entry positions at Capital Group? And is it true you really don't need any finance background?

Also how easy is it to switch office locations/obtain working visas? I study (law) in the UK but would ideally prefer to locate to the US for work if possible - do they let you choose/help you apply for visas or do you have to work in the country you studied (I'm not a citizen of either country - I hold an EU passport)?

Thank you!
