Comp Progression In Asset Management Distribution Channel
Hi everyone,I recently accepted an offer to intern this summer at a top 10 asset manager in NY in a sales role, specifically in Fixed Income in their AM business, I know that A1 base salary is similar to IB ( around 100k base) but I was wondering what sort of progression in comp could be expected. I find this career path attractive but wondering if another path is better in terms of comp.
