Looking to transition to US/UK from India

I work at a long only fund focussed on Indian public markets and have experienc of 10+ years in Indian markets.

Due to a rare medical condition in family, i need to shift to US,UK or Europe where the particular drug is available.

My current firm is a pretty small firm with operations in India only.

I have understood from a few friends in US/UK that its highly unlikely that i can make the transition directly from India as none of the firms don't sponsor the visa. I am looking for guidance as to what are my options.
