Go on LinkedIn or indeed and search for "consulting internship" or "Consulting analyst." Most of the name firms like MBB/LEK/OW/Big4/etc have already done recruiting, so you're primarily going to need to search on job boards.
That depends on your background. My info is about advanced degrees (PhD, JD, MD), LS firms have spring recruiting (LEK, ClearView), and BCG is still interviewing.
