2024 Grad looking for opinions on a CS offer

Hello everyone,

I am a finance student and will be graduating in late 2024 from a target school in a western european country.

I was extended an internship offer (July - December) from one of the top 3 insurance companies in Europe, to work in their Strategy team.

I would be working directly with the country CEO (my country is their largest market) within a team of 5 people - most coming from consulting (OW/EYP/Strategy&...).

I also have offers and processes in M&A and Private Equity, but I'm really interested in Strategy and would love to land a full time position at a Tier 1/Tier 2 firm.

My question is, would this internship position me well for Tier 1/Tier 2 firm recruiting next year ?

I think the brand name is great and I was assured I'd get plenty of exposure to interesting and various subjects, but still wonder if that would cut it, given I have more of a financial background (currently interning in private equity, with previous FDD internships, but no recognizable names on my resume).

Thank you very much for reading me. I am looking forward to hearing the forum's perspective.
