accenture and deloitte analyst salaries

Does anyone know what entry level Accenture and Deloitte analysts get as a base salary after finishing grad school with a master's? Glassdoor doesn't distinguish between undergrad and graduate level entry level associates...I imagine there is a difference in salary?

I'm specifically interested in Deloitte business technology analyst and Accenture SI&T analyst salaries for the first year in Boston and maybe San Fran.

What kind of masters?

Like MSF or MBA?

Either way, you need to have at least 2years of real work experience to get bumped above their entry level salary.

Thanks for the help you guys, but I do mean a master's in science or engineering. Not an MBA. Any concrete numbers for this or recent years?

couple of thousand more than undergrads is accurate. they don't place any premium at all on your m.s. in science or engineering.

Find the average analyst salary (Glassdoor) for your offer location (NYC is higher than Atlanta or Dallas, for example). Add couple of thousands or look at the higher end of the range. You will get paid more for going to a top private school (like MIT), graduating with a technical degree (like Engineering) and living in a high cost city (like NYC or LA) compared to a UGa grad with English major working in Atlanta.

Negotiations is rare, so benchmarking is kind of moot.

And do you know the specifics at Accenture or Deloitte. Are there raises per year, and bonuses? I've heard generally "no" in regards to bonuses and raises for deloitte but have heard varying things about accenture. I'd really like to hear from someone who works there.
