Accenture Promotions (Systems Integraion SI&T)
For those in SI&T, how much of a raise in percentage did you get during promotion? and what was your rating (e.g. consistent with, above, etc.) And do you happen to know the range of percentages during promotion?

I was not in SI, but from my understanding from Analyst to Consultant you need to be at least Above. For Consultant to Manager more like Top 25% or even better. A-C raise (generally 2 years) is like 20%+. For C-M not sure about SI side, but in MC side I heard ridiculous numbers (generally 3 years, 40-60%) for last year.
