Accenture Strategy Analyst Internship

Hi everyone,

Does anybody know how Accenture Strategy stacks up in the industry? I have an upcoming internship with their strategy group this summer, and I'm curious about the work, common exits, compensation vs industry, etc. Even how this will position me for fulltime recruiting (regarding mbb) would be appreciated, thanks!

Hey there,

Congrats on landing the internship with Accenture Strategy! That's a big win. Now, let's dive into your questions.

  1. Industry Position: Accenture Strategy is a strong player in the consulting industry. They compete with top firms and have a solid market position. They're known for their work in various practice areas and have a strong reputation.

  2. Work: As a Strategy Analyst Intern, you'll likely be involved in a variety of project work. This could range from market research to strategic planning and implementation. The specifics can vary based on the project and client.

  3. Common Exits: Many consultants at Accenture Strategy move on to roles in industry, often at F500 companies. Some also go on to pursue an MBA, which Accenture may sponsor.

  4. Compensation: While I don't have specific numbers, Accenture Strategy's compensation is competitive within the industry.

  5. Positioning for Full-Time Recruiting: Your internship with Accenture Strategy will certainly be a strong point on your resume when it comes to full-time recruiting. It will give you valuable experience and skills that are highly sought after in the industry.

Remember, the most important thing is to make the most of your internship experience. Learn as much as you can, build strong relationships, and show your value. That will set you up for success, no matter where your career takes you. Good luck!
