Accenture Strategy MBA Hire Bonus

Recently got offer from Accenture Strategy as MBA hire, however their regular bonus plan is 0-10% of base(even though there is some additional performance bonus and signing bonus for the first year). Assuming 150K base, the bonus is only up to $15000. Is this comparable to other firms? I thought performance bonus is typically above $30000 or even higher for MBB based on what I saw

asked a friend of mine there (she is only at the analyst, not MBA level) but said bonuses were around that level- seems like they're a big below average

i have a few friends at Accenture and yeah they cap performance bonuses at 10% of base. i think one of the reasons for this is that accenture is a publicly traded company so they dont offer the same type of comp/perks as other consulting firms.

im not positive about this, but i would imagine this affects base salary progression as well (ie they start at 150k base to keep pace with the top dogs but have lower annual raises) - can anyone at accenture confirm?
